How to "unsave" slicer selection in Power BI service?

I am trying to publish a report with no slicer value selected.

For some reason, slicer defaults to particular values in Power BI service. What is causing this? How to make sure that report always open with no slicer selected for all the users?

@tvaishnav , Clear browser cache -> refresh .

or

republish -> Clear browser cache -> refresh .

Also, check if some issues were reported because of the August 2022 update - https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
