How to publish reports to "Externals" without them having to sign-in

Hi,

My question is: did I miss an option?

From what I´ve read there are 3 options with PowerBI to "give reports to people without having them to login/requiring a Power-BI-Account AND which are outside of your organization":

1) To publish to the web/To give out the whole reports for free. But then the published report can be accessed by anyone and MUST not be behind a paywall

2) To get PowerBI Premium with a server of your own - for $5000 a month

3) To use PowerBI embed. Which requires AzureActiveDirectory and an SKU

Are these the options I have?

A follow-up question I posted on the Azure-Forum: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/222357/approx-cost-for-sku-and-aad.html

Bye

Michael

Hi. You have one more option. Another way to share is that each user pays for a pro license account.
You can have a pro account and share with external adding the external account as a guess and pay for pro for that one too. Like this:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-azure-ad-b2b

Guyinacube and Curbal Bi have videos for this in their youtube channel.

Hope that helps,

Hi @Tontaube2,

Please refere below link to https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/ to pricing details of Power bi to share the report. Also you can able to send power bi desktop file to any one to view from their end with out login.
