I want to provide the users a menu to choose from. The visualizations must change according to the user's selection.
I tried it using 2 slicers, but due to their interdependencies, I am not getting the required result. I have also tried by selecting the no-impact icon, to make them independent of each other. However, even that has not helped.
Is there any custom visual / other method by which I can display a menu to the users.
I would like to make something similar to Alternate States in QlikView.
Thanks in advance!

hi, @Anonymous
For your case, you need to create another date table for slicer.
Here is a blog with same logic, you could refer to:
Filtering and comparing different time periods with Power BI

hi, @Anonymous
You could use Edit Interaction in the report.

I have tried using that, but it hasn't helped.

hi, @Anonymous
I'm not familiar with Alternate States in QlikView.
What is your expected output?
Could you share some screenshots with explanation?

Hi Lin,
I want to display the menu in the following format.
The user should be able to select the 2 dates from the two lists.
The value in the KPI card is the difference between the value corresponding to the date in the first column and the value corresponding to the date in the second column.
I am not being able to do this using slicers since they filter each other out.
