Hi all. I have noticed that when I import data from my SQL server Power BI is automatically sumnatiing collumns and ruining my data becuase of it. I was wondering if there was a way to prevent this.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Your data is still in the table normally. That's just showing the default aggregation is summing. If you put it into a table, it would sum by default. But you can click the value and set it to not summarize by default.
You also have the option to change it at the visual level. Once you've dragged the value into the Values bucket, click the drop down and select Don't Summarize
