How to pickup visuals in email template ?

Hello Experts ,

How to pickup visuals in email template after trigger from the card ? have any solution for this .

i want to know also how to pickup visulas in email actually we are using ms flow for alert  but i dont know to pickup visulas in ms flow ,please advise me how to do this .Please find below screenshot
