How to periodically minus a value after a certain period

Hi All,

I have to calculate and create an ROI. I have accounted for the initial CAPEX but am trying to figure out how to minus the operating cost (which is a measure) every 54 days. 

What is the dax code I have to implement?

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

@amitchandak This is what I want to achieve. Instead of every 10 days where the ROI decreases by 1000 due to operating cost, in the context of my actual work required, I need the ROI to decrease by my measure 'Operating Cost' every 54 days. 

"E-Bin Slider Value" is the initial cost and hence is negative on day 0.
