How to pass variables to DevAzure API calls in PowerBI

With PowerBI I have to produce some reports from Dev Azure API.

Ex: https://dev.azure.com/{organization}/{project}/_apis/build/definitions/{definitionId}?includeLatestB...

If I hardcode the values, I get the result. However I want to pass definitionID from a dropdown list (I am using a slicer) to Advanced Query , so that user can see the details for the selected build id dynamically. How can I achieve that?

@newbiekp , This is on little bit different topic, but still deal with passing of parameter.
