How to modify a bridge visual using a percentage measure

Hello. I have some data and I am measuring productivity which is computer by taking earned hours divided by worked hours. My bridge displays productivity broken down by month, but you can see that it is not correct. My intuition is that it is beacuse of the nature of the measure being a percentage. Is there any way I can modify the bridge or create a new measure that conveys this data?bridge
