I was forwarded today a question that really boils down to:
Same table needs to be queried twice. Or to be more precise, in Power Query Editor the query towarded to table needs to be reiterated. One query brings a whole lot of rows and the other only a few rows. In this scenario what is the best way to save used memory? The source is SQL Server, so the query could be written as T-SQL. I'm quessing a T-SQL query that brings only needed rows could be the best way to limit memory usage?
