How to manual enter different rate influenced by the required filter

For manual enter different rate, you could use custom visual: Filter by List by Devscope

And for "commision rate ", you could use SELECTEDVALUE Function to create a nested measure to get it.

like what if parameters in power bi.

How to write the measure?

For the "commision rate " is based on two fields, I don't give you the measure formula example without sample data and the logic of it.

please share some sample data and expected output.
