Hi, i have an access issue, wonder if anyone knows
so i have one App / Workspace called: Booking Summary Report. Within this workbook, i have three dashboards.
1) USA booking summary
2) EMEA booking summary
3) Australia booking summary
so the idea is that USA booking summary is only for USA sales team. EMEA booking summary is only for EMEA to view, Australia booking is for Australian team to use.
i am only creating one workbook. Currently i am giving USA sales Team access to this whole workbook which means they can view all three workbooks......what is the best way to handle this?
thanks!

Hi @leilei787 ,
I think what you need is to set up Row-level security, you can define roles and rules in Power BI Desktop and then add members to roles in service, please see the following document:
Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI

so in another word, do i need to create 3 apps to manage the access or i can create one app that include 3 workbooks, and each audiance group can access to their dashboard.
