How to make this slice to list in Year not actual date (used to be 2015, 2016, 2017) but suddently changed to detailed date. this table don't have any relationship with other tables.
and it's date field.

You can do it many ways, one of the ways is
In edit query select the date field and duplicate it, right click and select Transform to YEAR. Rename it to your requirement.
Use this new column in the slicer. Doing this way you don't disturb your existing date field.
You can do it another way, in the data view select the date field and in modeling tab, change the date type to YYYY. this makes your entire date field to YYYY. If you are using this date field in any other columns or measures that gets changed too.
My suggestion would be the first one.
