How to make a map work as good as a slicer?

Hello everyone!

I have a final table that has Country >> Area >> Problem >> Action Taken and I want to get the Action so I have a Map for the country, a slicer for the Area, a matrix for the Problem and a matrix for the Action. When I clic on the Country I get both matrix filtered but once I clic on a row in the Problem matrix the map shows me every country where that Problem exist. I have already deactivate the filtering option from the matrix to the map but it still gets filtered. I changed the map for a slicer and it works find but I definetely need to use a map. Is there any way I can solve this?

Thanks.

Hi @Julianhe

I'm afraid this is not available currently. A map visual is not a slicer so it cannot slice or filter other visuals completely. It doesn't have full functionality of slicer. When you click on a row in the Problem matrix, the matrix will perform its interaction effect on other visuals. It will not remember the previous interaction effect triggered by other visuals.
