How to leave gateway running in the background

I need some help to find a way to leave the gateway running in the background.

Contextualizing the problem:

My PowerBI project is in a server running W7, which more two more people need acess to it. Because the gateway doesn't have the minimize option it is quite frequent to someone just hit the close command and this stopping the program.

Any ideas?
