How to keep two matrix and show one of them at the time

I need to show a kind of popup window with some text description, when the user choose one line from my matrix then popup a text box with some detail about the record selected, Can I do that with Matrix Power Bi?

There isn't pop-ups to my knowledge.

You could use a card visual and a column that is your text for the card "text box". Then some sort of SELECTEDVALUE measure to show the relevant text.

Hi, you can emulate with Bookrmarks 

The key is uncheck The Data Option in Bookmark.

Not exactly, you could do that with bookmarks but not really with selecting a row in a matrix to the best of my knowledge.

Go to Page 2. Click on one of the bubbles and information pops up. You should be able to achieve the same effect with a Matrix instead of a Scatter chart. Uses measures to return nothing (BLANK) if nothing is selected, otherwise returns information if HASONEVALUE. PBIX can be downloaded. Unfornately, Matrix visualizations do not yet support tooltips so you can't use a Tooltip page yet.

This solution is perfect but, I wondering if the Matriz has the tooltip opcion available?

I did check and I was not able to see the option, just like the sample you sent me

No tooltips for matrix visualizations. From reply above: Unfornately, Matrix visualizations do not yet support tooltips so you can't use a Tooltip page yet.  It is coming though.
