How to keep a column with static and expand a row value

 fig 1 shown values wrapped in the matrix, this is the corect field width but, you can notice the a row level I need to show a text with some information, do I need to know if there is a way to keep the width columns, wrapping, no extend it,  and the detail(row), show the whole text value as fig 2 shons

Until now, we can not set the width of the matrix, please review the following idea and vote it.

set an exact column width in tables/matrixes
