How to join column when dates are spread out in columns

Hi there,
I have a piece of project I’m currently doing. Unfortunately the date on the table is as follows:
Company name|Jan2018| Feb2018 |etc
ABC. |357 |467 |
XYZ |456 |684 |

How can I change this table to look more like :
Company name|Months |Amount
ABC. |Jan2018|357
XYZ |Jan2018|456
ABC. |Feb2018|467
XYZ |Feb2018|684

Although the source is Excel but the list of companies is too long to change around manually. Is there anyway I can do this within Power bi or even excel or perhaps M ?
Please help

Hi,

In the Query Editor, right click on the first column's heading and select "Unpivot Other columns".

Hope this helps.
