The solutions suggested above are working fine for different sample datasets.

However, I cant understand why the text size option for data label and category is disabled in my case even after upgrading to the latest version.

Hello @vamika ,

Based on my trial in the latest version of Power BI Desktop, the text size of Data Label and Category tab in the Format pane of the Multi-Row Card visual works well. You can upgrade Power BI Desktop to the latest version and try again.

Also just click and try to type any number above 8

When you have the visual selected, if you search Text size on the formatter icon, you should find it.
