How to import/export measures into a new report

I have a report where I've created ten measures, and they're going to be needed again for every report that I or others on my team create. Is there a way to export the measures and then import them into any new report that is created?

i also have a couple of rules on tables for RLS, and one is very involved. Is there a way to export rules and import them into new reports?

So far, the only idea I have is to send a Word doc to the team with all of the formulas and give instructions on how to create the measures and rules for every report.

Here is a quick one-minute video demonstrating how to bulk copy measures between pbix files: https://youtu.be/Ud68CC4qsSM

I probably learned it from one of the links in the solution to this question.

Thank you for your reply.

I hadn't seen the third article that you shared before I posted. I'm not comfortable giving technical solutions to end user report-builders. The first article seems to recommend our current plan: to save reports with the data model and measuers only and without data and to use those as templates, and to refresh the data when using these as the basis for new reports.
