How to implement left outer join in Power BI

How can we implement left outer join with Power Bi during datamodelling?

I want to implement same functionalities like that in Qliksense or Crystal Reports

Hi @Mariusz  we have this m to n connection with SCD and Fosa data.But I want to have SCD to Fosa many to 1 connection which is currently not permitted.

You can reate dimension table that can be used to filter both tables

do you have any link for this kind of solution.Here SCD is like a central fact table and hence I want to make it in a many to 1 relationship
