How to highlight nearest expiry date of employment contract

Hi,

We are in the process of developing a Dashboard for HR Department, in this regard we would like to add a table visual which will have employee name, designation and  employment contract start date and end date.  We would like to highlight the nearest employee contract end date in the visual 

( eg:  employee x is  next in line for renewal of contract  and date for the same is say 01st May 2023, we would  like to highlight this record)  Kindly  advise how to make this happen
