We have a multi-tenant server running many client Databases. We would like to give our users access to their data via Power BI Desktop (via views) but they should only be able to see the views to which they have permission, and to the DB associated with those views. Right now, users see ALL databases on the server (though they cannot select/view them). This is troublesome, as we do not want clients to see other clients DBs. Anyway to achieve this?

Hi @EdmontonGuy65,
It sounds like you want to achieve object-level security on your data source. AFAIK, current power bi does not support this.
In my opinion, I'd like to suggest you use RLS instead. You can take a look at the following link about use RLS and username to achieve a dynamic filter effect on table records based on the current username.
RLS with UserName()
