How to hide button URL from showing to user?

We want to put a button on the Power BI report to go to a SSRS report.  We do not want the link to be seen in the Power BI report itself.  We are doing a web service call to the report render in the url.  We are hoping it to go to a PDF with images.  How do we hide the url on the button, so hover over can't see it.

You wound need to remove the hyperlink on the PDF so that when users hover over the pages, they would not be able to see the report link
