How to hide and show visuals in report by the selection of Slicer value

Hi Team,

I am new PowerBI and can you please help on below.

I have two slicers, few tables and Line chart visuals in my report and by default i want to hide all the table, Line chart and one slicer visuals except one slicer, and by the selection of this slicer value i want show all the hidden visuals with respective data in report.

that means when ever report loads i want to see only one slicer value and rest as white screen and by the selection of this slicer value all the visuals should appear with data in report

@Bhavyabujji,

Slicers are used for data filtering and slicers are created from data columns,actually, it is not possible to show/hide visuals based on slicer selection. There is an idea about this issue, you can vote up it.

To workaround this issue, you can use bookmark as other's post.

Lydia

OK, so what you are going to want to do is to create Bookmarks. One with everything hidden except slicer and a button visual. The other, with all of the visuals visible. Then, you will tie the button to the second bookmark. Then, you users will select something from the slicer and click the button. Something like that.

@ me in replies or I'll lose your thread!!!
