How to give faster access to multiple users for multiple reports?

Hi. For each picture icon, I wanted to create a separate report for each of them. I think the correct way to do that is by using Web URL right? But by doing so, I need to give access to each report to each person. I have around 200 people to give access to. Does that mean I have to type in 200 names for each of the 6 reports? is there another way to do this efficiently?
