How to get values from the quarter before previous quarters?

Hi all, 

At the start of a new quarter, I check the results of the previous quarter. The results of that (previous) quarter are the results I want to know and are filtered by the slicer. E.g. Now I am looking at the results of Q4 2019. However, I want to make a measurement for the KPI Visual's Target-field that shows me the results and comparison with the quarter before the previous quarter. In that way I can see how the previous quarter did better/worse than the quarter before that (e.g. Q4 vs. Q3). 

At first, I wrote this code: 

sum last quarter = CALCULATE(SUM(FB_Stats[likes]); PREVIOUSQUARTER(FB_Stats[Date])) 

 But of course, that wouldn't work because the computer sees Q4 as the previous quarter compared to the current quarter. What should I change to the code to get the quarter before the previous quarter? 

I am really new to Power BI, so it could be that the answer is quite simple.

Create date table and join with your table  and try last to last qtr in the example below

QTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESQTD(('Date'[Date])))

Last QTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESQTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,QUARTER)))
Last to last QTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESQTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-2,QUARTER)))
Next QTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESQTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],1,QUARTER)))

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s.
