How to get to the Yearly Averages Having data for 4 quarters.

I am using data from QWI (Quarterly Workforce Indicators). The data is provided by quarters, but what I need is the annual value (which will be an average of four quarters). I tried average in the viz setting. It works, but if I select multiple geographies I need to return the sum, not the averages.

@asuprunova , You need a measure like

Averagex(Values(Table[Year Qtr]), [Measure])
