How to get last drilldown to filter the other visuals

I have a working drilldown showing by day then by hour. When you drilldown everything works and it shows all visuals filtered for the day. The visual below shows the breakdown by hour. I would like to click on the hour and see the other visuals filter to show me data for the hour.  When I click on this, nothing happens as far as filtering.  I understand it is at the bottom of the hierarchy, but I want to filter by hour too. Any help is appreciated.

You may try to turn off the drilldown icon. And turn on the 'Drilling filters other visual'.
