How to get increase markers (green, yellow, red)?

Hello,

I was wondering how I can achieve the following result:

As you see at the Average order Qty YoY you can see different markers that indicate in this case a positive number or negative number (orange and green).

I would like to have them display in a way if there is a percentual increase / decrease compared to previous year it will display green / red.

@Niels_T .One option is icon formatting. Another one is unichar and color measure . In the first if scroll down, they have shown custom icon and color way
