Hi all - I am working on transferring some of our reports from Excel to Power BI and need some help. I have a database that shows our daily appointments - it looks like this:
I need to report average appointment data by location this year compared to last year and not sure how to achieve. I need to report the following:
1. Average daily appoinments by month in the current month this year
2. Average daily appointments by month in the current month last year
3. Percent of last years appointments are we seeing this year
4. Average daily appointments YTD
This is the current excel report:
Any help is appreciated 🙂
Hi,
Share your formula driven Excel file so that those Excel formulas can be studied and be converted into equivalent DAX functions.
Hi - I can't figure out how to attach/upload an actual file here, but the formula to get the averages is just =AVERAGE(C1:C587) and the formula to get the difference this year from last is =SUM(D66/D67)*1.
Hi,
Upload the file to Google Drive and share the download link here.
sorry - we are restricted from using Google drive and the like. I am in a medical office and our security policies are very tight.
