How to get YTD, MTD, PYYTD and PYMTD in one M Query

Hi,

I was able to get the PYYTD using below query:

#"FILTER"=Table.SelectRows(#"Changed Type",each (Date.Year([Transaction Detail.Production Period]) =Date.Year(DateTime.LocalNow()) -1 ))
in
#"FILTER"

But i need to show for all three MTD, YTD , PYYTD and PYMTD. Do i have to create seperate queries for each or can it be done in one and what can be the query for this.

How this can be achieved please advise.

Thanks

Vaibhav

Hi @Anonymous ,

According to your description, it is suitable to determine the true or false of MTD, YTD and other formulas by the following formula in power query.

If you want to calculate based on date, it is recommended to create the corresponding formula by dax.

let
    Source = #"M-DimDate"(null, null, null, "en"),
    #"Added Custom" = Table.AddColumn(Source, "YTD_", each Date.IsInYearToDate([Date])),
    #"Reordered Columns" = Table.ReorderColumns(#"Added Custom",{"Year", "Quarter", "Month", "WeekOfYear", "WeekOfMonth", "DateOfWeekStart", "DateOfWeekEnd", "DayOfMonth", "DayOfWeek", "DayOfYear", "DayOfWeekName", "YearName", "QuarterName", "MonthName", "WeekName", "YearQuarter", "YearMonth", "YearWeek", "DateCode", "Date", "YTD_"})
in
    #"Reordered Columns"
