How to get Display Names from SharePoint multi

Hello,

I connected to a SharePoint Online list where I have a person field that allows mutli select. When I connect to the list via PowerBI the column shows the ID of the users.

This is how it shows in PowerBI

I would like to show the display names of the users instead of their User Id like the following:

John Doe, Jane Doe, Mark Smith

How can I achieve this?

Hi @nbz128 ,

Does your ID come from the table above? If so, this table contains the "UserName" field, you need to split this field and split the field and then merge all rows.

If not so please show me the sample data table.

@nbz128 , You have to unpivot, merge with name, and the group again to the same column.
