How to generate rows from a date range

If I have a date range ( Jan 1st 2019 to Jan 12th 2019). I want to create a record foreach of dates between the 1st and the 12th. This should produce 12 records in all. If I then add another range (Jan 8th to Jan 9th), I want it to be able to generate the additional 2 rows for a total of 14 rows.

How do I accomplish this in Power BI?

DATESINPERIOD(<dates>,<start_date>,<number_of_intervals>,<interval>)

Could you use DATESINPERIOD?  Its output is a table of dates.

I'll try it.
