How to generate a pbviz file from a project on the Power BI visualization on Github?

So I am really impressed with the breakdown graph produced in the Power BI visual contest and would like to test it out.  What do I need to do to produce the pbviz file from the Github code for that project so I can import the visualization into Power BI?

@LeaningTree  You can start creating your own visualization by using Power BI developer tool as mentioned here and then import pbiviz file into Power BI Desktop Tool to start using your created visualization.
