Hello ,
I'am a newbie in Power and i need your help for my project .
As you can see , i illustrated what i want in this picture below . I have three tables ( Table customers , table 2 and table 3 ) and i want to generate a column of number of days in table 3 from data in table customers and table 2 ( Client , product and type of client ) . Thanks in advance for your help !
It is okay to do many to many relationships beetween the tables ? It will not cause a problem in the result ?
I have the table 3 already created with different columns but what i want is to generate the column " numbers of days" in table 3 from table customers and table 2 !
I'll give an example to illustrate what i want . For example in table 3 , I have the client is Netflix and the product is Tv , from those informations , Netflix is an entertainment client with the product Tv so automatically the number of days that i want to generate in table 3 is 6 ! Thanks .
@Anonymous ,
What is the relationship between the three tables you have already created?
Thanks,
Arul
@Arul , I didn't create any relations yet but PowerBI suggest me *.* relationship between tables and it's not recommanded. What do you suggest ?
@Anonymous ,
This page will guide you on many-to-many problem. Please let me know once it is done then we will proceed.
Thanks,
Arul
@Anonymous ,
Do you have table 3 already in place or do you need to create a new one? Do you need no of days from table 2 to table 3? What is the ouse of date column in table 3?
