I am running HR data and our leaders want to see termination counts by period. What is currently happening is that when I select a group via a Slicer, it's only showing the periods where terminations took place. What I want is for my leaders to be able to see is all periods, even if there were no terminations, so they can get a better look at trends throughout the year.
I am using slicers and simple bar charts.
Axis = Period
Value = Count of Employee ID (for number of terms by each period)
I tried to turn on the function "show items with no data" but that didn't work
Any assistance would be appreciated!
