How to format values of measure on the basis of "unit of measurement (# or %)"

Hi People,
I hope everytihing is fine there!

I have a table that contains some analysis about an individual of a class of school.
Sample data-

ObjectAchievedTotalUnit of MeasurementResult  (Achieved/Total)
Maths79100%
English87100%
Science92100%
Satisfaction70100%
Creativity610#
Class Coordination510#

Problem-
If I will certainly just calculate Achieved/Total, all the values will be an absolute number.
While I need these values to follow the format as per the Unit of Measurement column.
If a is shown, it should be an absolute value, while if it is a % then it should be a percent value.

ObjectAchievedTotalUnit of MeasurementResult  (Achieved/Total)Expected Result
Maths79100%0.7979%
English87100%0.8787%
Science92100%0.9292%
Satisfaction70100%0.770%
Creativity610#0.60.6
Class Coordination510#0.50.5

This is "Expected Result" how I want my measure to display the values when I keep this data in the table.

@Anonymous you can add a column as below, tweak as you see fit

Result =
VAR __rate = DIVIDE ( 'Sample'[Achieved], 'Sample'[Total] )
RETURN
IF ( 'Sample'[Unit of Measurement] = "%", FORMAT ( __rate, "Percent" ), FORMAT ( __rate, "#,0.00" ) )
