How to form links from two standard parts and one from table

Hi

I need to form https link (to salesforce)

first part is standard https://mypage/ (not real address)

Second part is field from table

Last part is standard text /view

 

What is correct way to form this (I am not too familiar with DAX)

You can create a composit model by connecting all above said database
