How to fix characters like this "ñ"

Hi, I have some CVS files with this format :

ñ (the original is "ñ")

ó (the original is "ó")

í (the original is "í")

I think I may have to change the code to something that can traduce this into Spanish characters. I have tried the Latin ones but without good results.

Any clue ?

Thanks a lot.
