How to find where the data is on the back-end?

Hello,

I am working on a Power BI Desktop file that was created by a former employee and I am trying to see where the data that is pulling into the file is on the backend. I have tried reaching out to him but haven't got a response yet. Is there anyway to determine this through the software itself?

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

In Desktop, on the HOME tab, go to EDIT QUERIES ,  Data Source Settings.  That will show you where the source data is for the report.
