The reason for the above error is: calculation logic of measure is related to its current contexts and related to your data model. I did a simple test, created a measure and calculated column respectively, and got the correct result.
Measure = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table'),ALL('Table'))
Column = 'Table'[Target putput per day] * [Measure]
So check your table, and the relationship model between the tables. If you can provide a test data model (delete sensitive information), I will answer you as soon as possible.

This has to do with a question of context and the granularity of the information how the measure and the total values are calculated.
Can you share how you are calculating both measures (Number days and Target Output) if possible can you please share a mockup data or sample of your PBIX file. You can use a onedrive, google drive, we transfer or similar link to upload your files.
If the information is sensitive please share it trough private message.
