Hello,
When we are using Power BI desktop, it is easy to get the date, a particular PBIX project was modified by doing using a explorer windows.
But imagine that we have republished on the web, the same project many time, how is it possible to identify the date a particular project was modified. This information will help to know which version of the PBIX project is publish on the web.
Does someone knows how to get this info.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi @Anonymous ,
I have a little confused about your scenario?
What date do you mean for the pbix? Do you want to show the last date when you modified the pbix?
Actually, the report you have published to power bi service will be replaced when publish a new report with the same dataset to power bi service.
In addition, you could refer to this similar thread.

I'm also not seeing any way to see the Modified Date of the Power BI Dataset object / file that's published to the web service. There are many posts and videos online explaining how to add a Refresh Date, but that's not what I'm looking for. I need to know which version of the dataset is published, not when the data within the dataset was refreshed.
did you ever find a solution? I have same problem
Hello, I have found the refresh date on the portal. But it does not tell us which version it is. Imagine that I have a project named test.pbix, one modified on May 6 and an other version June 2. When I am on my computer, using explorer, I will see two files with the same name but with diffent modified date.
So, let me rephrase my question. If published the test.pbix on the web, how can I check that I have publish the version of June, not the one of May.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
