I have inherited some Excel sheets that have been generated through "Analyze in Excel". I would like to find the original dataset and report in Power BI for troubleshooting. Is there anyway through the Excel I can do this? I can find a connection name through the pivot function, but it is nonsensical (to me at least:-)) - eg. "https://analysis.windows.net/powerbi/api; 4b1cc0cc-524f-52cd-8702-4cd9f8bf745f Model".

Hi @Anonymous,
If I understand your requirement correctly that you want to get the report and dataset in Power BI from Excel?
If it is, you could use the feature Power BI publisher for Excel then you could connect to the report or dataset in app workspace in Power BI Service.

Cherry
