I have a situation, where i have a column "A. ALL ROWS" with multiple ISSUE ID:s (An ISSUE ID can exist multiple times). Then I have a column "B. PRODUCT ISSUE ID" where the ISSUE ID is mentioned only few times (once or more).
The column "B. PRODUCT ISSUE ID" is the Primary Column which counts.
I need to mark all the rows with "true" or "false" in Column C, if the B column's ISSUE ID is found in A column.
How would I do it?

@Finnair
Add the following column to your table:
C.Match Found =
IF(
Table[A. ALL ROWS] in ALL(Table[B. PRODUCT ISSUE ID]),
TRUE(),
FALSE()
)
