I need to get the zero sales week Number from the given data based on shipment date.More specifically need to get store wise details suchs as which is having zero sales for a particular item for the week.Attached sample data .Expecting some ones help.

I agree with op about filter . Else you can create a calulated flag column to determine the logic and apply an visual filter
What's your expected reuslt?
If you just need to render those "Item*Store" entries against Week Number, you just need to create a Sales measure. Then apply it into Visual Level Filter and make it greater than 0.
