I have access to Power BI desktop and Power BI Pro.

One of my colleague published Power BI to me, Can i save and download that report in .pbix format and apply my own customizations on the report.

Please suggest.

If the PBIX file has been published to a shared workspace that you are an admin of, you can download the PBIX file using the following feature.
