Hi everyone,
I'm attaching a snap of my spraedsheet.
Is it possible to create a column like that in PowerBI, Ideally I should get zeros for the duplicates, comparing to the previous row.
Thanks,
Nagaraj
I don't know exactly what you mean, but from what i can understand. That's possible, yes
I would like to have a column comparing the current row value with previous and assign "0" if they are same and "1" if different.
If you can see the image I have attached, I have written a function in Excel i.e. "=IF(A2=A1,0,1)" .
If it is possible in Power BI, Can you please tell me how?
Thanks
You mean you want to create an IF function for a specific row right?
This would be possible by first giving ur column an unique index number.
Then you can compare the values with the same IF formula by using the index number instead of A5 and A6
Can you please tell me how?
May be you can take the above excample.
