If you are referring to how they are displayed in the Fields pane in the report view of Power BI Desktop, you really can't control that beyond editing the names of the tables like:

1 Time
2 Product
3 Customer
4 Fact-Sales

Hi , @anileshknpowerb

After my research, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Power BI for now.

As mentioned by  @parry2k ,the only workaround  is to  add a sort number in front of the table name to sort you  table.

For your requirement , it is suggest you to vote for this idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner.

You  can also  come up with a new  idea .

@anileshknpowerb, unfortunately, there is no way to do this until you add your own number next to each table to get your own sort order

I would  Kudos if my solution helped. 👉 If you can spend time posting the question, you can also make efforts to give Kudos whoever helped to solve your problem. It is a token of appreciation!
