You can use Matrix visual for this requirement.
From your screenshot below it is hard to understand the underlying table with "value" column granularity. I considered the underlying table to be like this:
If thats true than you can use Matrix visual and do these steps:
1) Drag all these three columns to Rows
2) Go to visual properties--> Row Headers--> Turn off Stepped Layout and +/- icons
3) Then from visual ellipses click twice on 4th option which says "Expand all down one level in hierarchy"
Below visual will be come:
