How to display rank outside tooltip

Hello all,

I have national sales ordered deacreaseingly in a barchart with a three-level hierarchy.

I created a ranking using tooltip and the RANKX() function. However, this only lets me see the ranking by hovering my mouse over a bar (plus, the tooltip is giving me lots of trouble because of all the filters in my report).

Since the bars are already ordered decreasingly by sales, the ranking is equivalent to displaying the "row number" of each bar.

I want to generate a sequence of integers from 1 to the number of bars displayed. The number of bars displayed increases as I drill into my data.

Is there a way to do this in DAX?This is my goal. The `nrow()` argument depends on the hierarchy level. This is my goal. The `nrow()` argument depends on the hierarchy level.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I'm afraid such a requirement is not achievable right now.
